Nikki is a Licensed Tier 2 Massage Therapist who combines orthopedic massage with Swedish techniques to provide effective muscular work and the therapeutic benefits of relaxation. She is proficient in working on relief for clients who have suffered from challenging muscular issues. She provides information on muscular function, how dysfunction progresses, ways to mitigate issues and maintain the progress gained in session going forward.

She is a trauma-informed massage therapist and has received her certification in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell, Cornell University's external education program.
 

I am a local therapist, born and raised in the town of Ulster. I have nine years of experience, specializing in a therapeutic and rehabilitative touch. I have experience in medical, sports, deep tissue, and relaxation massage. I am able to customize a session to fit your needs every time.
