April H Massage Therapist
Hi, my name is April and I have been a massage therapist for almost a decade. My family consists mainly of mechanics and engineers, so I knew I would be destined to use my hands during my career. My background has been Wellness Centers, Doctors Offices, and Physical Therapy Centers before arriving at Massage Heights in April 2018.
My specialties are as follows:
- TRIGGER POINTS: Applying pressure to the belly of the muscle to release of knots
- A.R.T. (Active Release Technology) movements that help reduce pain and restore your connective tissue
- P.N.F (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching to increase range
- CRANIAL SACRAL (a short hold to release tension in spinal cord and head)
I believe, every massage session needs to be specialized. I will identify your pain and problem areas and construct a healing and restorative plan.

Elise C Massage Therapist
Hello! My name is Elise Clements, and I look forward to being your massage therapist!
I became a massage therapist after receiving an amazing massage which inspired me to want to learn the craft. I try to create the type of experience I had by delivering massages that are relaxing, soothing, and feel amazing. I started massage in 2006, and over the course of my career, my intuition has improved as has my quality of touch. I have been told I have "good hands" and that I can find all the knots! I mostly perform Swedish and Deep Tissue massages, though I also know Prenatal and Craniosacral as well. My passion is Swedish, as I like massage that is relaxing and transportive. Clients seeking Deep Tissue are impressed with how firm my massage can go as well as my level of expertise. Whatever modality I am practicing, I try to listen to the body I am working on and be mindful and therapeutic.
