One guest can request a relaxation-focused Swedish session while the other receives targeted Deep Tissue work on areas of chronic tension. Your therapist addresses your pressure preferences, focus areas, and goals separately from your guest’s.

Each guest in a couples massage can add a Massage Elevation to their individual session. Elevations layer additional therapeutic support onto your treatment, and each guest’s choice is entirely independent.

Available Elevations at Massage Heights Southlake include:

Hot Stones: Heated basalt stones release muscle tension and support circulation throughout the session
Cupping: Targeted suction technique to address tight tissue and support recovery
Foot Scrub: Exfoliating treatment for the feet, added to the close of your massage
