Heights Wellness Retreat offers sports massage, a targeted form of massage therapy specifically tailored to athletes of all levels, from beginners to professionals. We offer two types of sports massages for athletes:
- Pre-Activity Sports Massage: Uses dynamic stretching to help connective tissue move through its full range of motion, reducing the risk of injury.
- Post-Activity Sports Massage: Focuses on recovering muscle tissue after activity, incorporating techniques like deep tissue massage, stretching, friction, and trigger point therapy.
