She is proficient in working on relief for clients who have suffered from challenging muscular issues. She provides information on muscular function, how dysfunction progresses, ways to mitigate issues and maintain the progress gained in session going forward.

She is a trauma-informed massage therapist and has received her certification in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell, Cornell University's external education program.
