Sharalee’s roots run deep in the Midwest. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she grew up visiting her grandparents’ farm in Chariton, Iowa whenever she could—experiences that instilled a lasting appreciation for simple living, hard work, and genuine connection. After raising her three children in Dallas, Texas, she moved to Des Moines in early 2026.

In Dallas, she owned and operated franchises while also flipping houses and managing Airbnbs. Parallel to her business ventures, wellness has always been central to her life: a licensed esthetician for 16 years, she began her fitness career as a coach and bodybuilder and completed a mentorship at the UFC facility in Shanghai in 2025.

Leaving franchising and real estate behind, Sharalee followed her heart to help others. As Retreat Director, she now brings her expertise in esthetics, massage, and wellness together to create restorative experiences focused on relaxation, self-care, and renewal.

Myranda is a passionate Lifestyle Consultant at Massage Heights who enjoys creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every guest. She believes taking time for yourself is an important part of overall well-being and loves helping guests find services that fit their individual needs. She speaks both English and Russian and has a strong academic background in economics and finance. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, who holds a very special place in her life.

Whether I’m greeting guests, helping with appointments, or simply making someone’s day a little easier, I always try to bring a warm and positive attitude. I’m also a Licensed Esthetician who takes pride in creating a positive environment for my clients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting into beauty and skincare, coloring, and finding ways to relax and recharge.
